One of two Sides / Parts of the Vinyl release "25 Surface Structures".

24 sound artists from 13 different countries in 25 sound recordings ranging from a few seconds up to three minutes. The pieces cover a wide range of sounds, from field-recordings, drones and ambiences to harsh-noise-walls.

Among others, the British noise musician and performance artist G.X. Jupitter-Larsen with his project The Haters, who have been creating the sounds of his sound collages by destroying various objects since the 1980s is participateing, as well as the bat researcher Rym Nouioua from Freiburg, who works exclusively with the sounds of bats in her pieces.

Each of the pieces represents a sonic texture whose content changes only in nuances over the duration of the performance. Each of the sounds represents in high intensity, the quality of a special sound event.
